As the field of marketing and communications becomes more and more diverse and dependent on the ability to hyper-target audiences with custom content, the "T-shaped" marketer who can dive deep into a discipline is now in high demand. If I had to pick a "T" for myself, it would be social media.
I didn't grow up on social media, but I have embraced it wholeheartedly as an adult.
Ad Space
I have a high level of experience creating and maintaining digital ad funnels with Google Ads (and Google Tag Manager) and Meta. I utilize both search and display ads, as well as specialty placements like golf ads on golf gaming apps and other affiliate audiences.
Social Media Aggregators
Though I'm quite familiar with social media aggregator tools, my preference is to utilize each platform natively to make the most of the features and culture of each app.
Top Apps
I'm most familiar with the adspaces, aglorithms, cultures, demographics, and hashtag strategies associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Google MyBusiness, and Nextdoor. I've done a number of paid and organic campaigns on each platform using video, animation, vector graphics, and local photography.
